Once you contact our team, you will be paired up with an experienced and knowledgeable sales representative who will walk you through the entire ordering and customizing process. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have along the way.

After talking with a sales representative you will move onto the concept design stage. Your sales representative will relay your requirements and specifications to one of our talented designers who will then create concept drawings for you. Once you approve a concept drawing, you will receive a digital contract.

Sign the digital contract and pay your deposit (if applicable) and production on your custom sports inflatable will start!

Once the product is finalized our team will run multiple test inflations and clean the inflatable unit so that it arrives to you in perfect condition.
