10 Ways Your Booster Club Can Raise Money for an Inflatable Entryway!
An inflatable entryway can cost a lot of money. Sometimes it is hard to get your booster club on board with ordering a custom inflatable entryway when your budget is tight. Use the ideas below to raise money for your custom inflatable handcrafted by Inflatable Design Group!
1. Find a Corporate or Local Sponsor
One of the most common ways booster clubs will raise money for their inflatable entryway is by finding a company to help sponsor it. The company can be a big corporation or a small local business. Say thanks to your sponsor by showing off their company name on your new custom inflatable entryway!

Have multiple sponsors? Offer various levels of sponsorship packages with removable banners! Removable banners are easy to switch out for various events or to show off different sponsors. Ask your IDG sales representative about removable banners when ordering your custom inflatable entryway!
We can also digitally print any logo or design directly onto your custom inflatable entryway. This is a great way to really show off your top sponsors. Display their company name right on the front of your custom inflatable tunnel for everyone to see or put it on the side, it is up to you!

2. Host a Car Wash
Let your students get in on the fun and host a car wash! Choose a day during the weekend when most people are not working and charge a small fee for people to come and get their car washed by students and student-athletes.
Your students will have a great time hanging out and washing cars. Plus, they will get to see their hard work pay off once your booster club gets the inflatable entryway!
3. Raise Money for Your Inflatable Entryway with a Restaurant Night!
Many times, restaurants will partner with local schools, clubs, or foundations to give a percentage of their profits during a specific night. Reach out to your local restaurants and see if any of them are willing to do this! Then all your booster club has to do is promote the event and show up for dinner.
4. Silent Auction or Other Fundrasing Event
Reach out to your community and other booster club members to see if anyone is willing to donate items for a silent auction, raffle, or another fundraising event. Sell tickets to parents and let them know the money will be going towards a brand-new inflatable entryway for their students!

5. Throw a Sports Contest to Raise Money for an Inflatable Entryway!
Add the fun to fundraising by throwing a fundraising sports contest. Sell tickets to an alumni baseball game, student vs teacher soccer match, or any other activity! You can even host a fun run, 5k, or shoot-a-thon where people can sponsor specific participants. Either way, students will love being active to raise money for their booster club.
6. Host an Outdoor or Drive-In Movie Night
Raise money by selling tickets to an outdoor or drive-in movie night! You can also sell candy, popcorn, and other concessions to raise more money for your booster club and inflatable entryway. Utilize your school’s football field or parking lot to keep the cost down.
Bonus tip: Did you know IDG also makes inflatable movie screens? They have tons of space and are another great place to call out your sponsors! Ask your sales representative about ordering one today and use it for movie nights all year long!

7. Show Off Student’s Talents or Host a School Carnival!
Let your students show off their talents and raise money by organizing a student talent show or battle of the bands! These events are fun for the whole community and a great way to see what your students are capable of.
Another fun option is to host a school carnival where students can come and buy tickets to play games. Elevate the experience by getting school staff to join in on the fun and having a teacher dunk tank!
8. Earn Money for Your Inflatable Entryway by Hosting a Recycling Drive!
Encourage the whole community to get involved in your fundraising efforts by hosting a recycling drive for a week! Have a designated spot for community members to come and drop off their recyclables. Take them to the recycling center and watch the coins add up.
9. Crowdfunding
Use a site like GoFundMe or Piggbackr (which is specifically for schools) to fundraise the money for your entryway. These sites make raising money easy as all you have to do is set it up and send out the link!

10. Holiday Grams
Another easy way to raise money for your custom inflatable entryway is by selling holiday grams to students. Holiday grams can be sold for any holiday including Valentine’s Day, Christmas, St. Patrick’s Day, or even for some motivation during finals week! Set up a booth on campus during passing periods or lunch and have students pay a small fee to send their friends a note during class with a piece of candy.
